One of the most pressing issues for our customers when leaving their vehicle or motorbike behind is security. It doesn't matter if you are only away for a few days or a month - you want to know that you vehicle and its contents are safe upon your return.
At Pacific Airport Parking, both our indoor and outdoor parks are secured 24/7 and we take every precaution to ensure that security is never compromised. If you have any questions about the different security measures in place, feel free to ask our helpful team on site. They will be able to advise you of how we protect your property and take something off your mind as you venture out of Melbourne Airport.
Our premises are open between 5 a.m. and 11 p.m. every day of the year except Christmas Day (which is 6 a.m. till midday). During these times, we run complimentary shuttle services on demand, to and from Melbourne Airport.
Although we are located very close to the airport, it is recommended to turn up our base at least 30 minutes before your check in time at the terminal. This allows us to process all the necessary paperwork and make sure we can get you there in enough time to catch your departing flight.
It is important to note that all Pacific Airport Parking prices are inclusive of the FREE luxury air conditioned shuttle. Regardless of how many people in your party or size of your luggage (within reason), our friendly drivers will quickly transport you over to the airport. This is all part of the service and one of the reasons why parking outside the main terminals is so great!
Once you return to Melbourne Airport, simply give us a call before you pick up your luggage and we'll dispatch a Courtesy Shuttle to meet you at the front door. It doesn't matter if you land at 5 a.m. or 10 p.m., it's our goal to get you to and from the airport as quickly and safely as possible.
